FAQs

Frequently asked questions covering cost, timing, and the admissions process for our career design program.

How many students can participate?

Each program is designed for up to 30 students. For larger groups, we can explore additional program days or a broader rollout.

Where do the programs take place?

Programs are delivered live and in person on your campus. The host provides the space, basic audiovisual equipment, and a working lunch.

How is the investment shared?

The host organization contributes toward the program, while employer partners can sponsor part of the cost. The specific arrangement is outlined in your proposal.

Do you help find employer partners?

Yes. We can help identify potential employer partners, work with employers you already know, or combine both approaches while respecting existing relationships.

Can the program be customized?

Yes. The program structure provides a consistent foundation, while examples, employer participation, and areas of emphasis can be shaped around your students and goals.

How does this work with our career services team?

Career Blueprint is designed to complement your existing career services and student success efforts, not replace them. We coordinate with your team and direct students back to the resources already available to them.

What's the difference between the One-Day and Three-Day Intensive?

The One-Day Intensive gives students a focused day of career preparation and hands-on practice. The Three-Day Intensive extends that experience across three full days, allowing students to build on their skills and apply them over time.

How is student information handled?

Student information should be used only for agreed-upon program purposes. Any information shared with employers must follow the program's consent and privacy practices.

Can we start small?

Yes. Many organizations can begin by exploring a One-Day Intensive for a specific college, department, or student group before considering a broader program.

How do we get started?

Request a planning call. We'll discuss your students, your goals, your calendar, and the best next step for your organization.
