Chris Dotson is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and CEO of Holistic Leadership Solutions. As the SHRM Michigan Director-Elect and an EMU alumnus with over 20 years of experience, Chris has architected Career Blueprint Co. to bridge the divide between academic study and corporate demand. Tom serves as the strategic advisor and coach for Career Blueprint Co. He is a college-to-career expert who specializes in helping young professionals develop high levels of self-confidence, communication, and a personal and professional life focus that allows them to recognize and actualize their innate potential. This enables them to create a clear vision for the future so they can maximize their strengths. As a result, they build rewarding careers and live the lives they were destined to have and experience.
His background includes being a successful business consultant, executive coach, and trainer with a proven track record of transforming organizational culture. Over the span of his career, Tom has worked with over 400 businesses and associations and coached and trained over 4,000 individuals. His articles are published in business magazines worldwide. With over 25 years of expertise, he continues to work with leaders and their team members in companies and organizations to improve communication, build trust, boost collaboration, and increase employee engagement.
